Kejuruteraan Wang Yuen Sdn Bhd is a solely owned Malaysian company established in 1973. We are a licensed manufacturer of unfired pressure vessels and quick opening clutch doors, approved by the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH), Malaysia.

With over five decades of experience, we specialize in manufacturing heavy-duty equipment for the palm oil extraction industry, including digesters, vertical sterilizers, sterilizer doors, and screw presses.

We manufacture a range of heavy-duty equipment for the palm oil extraction industry and pressure vessel applications.

Screw Press

The Screw Press is used in the extraction of palm oil. It consists of four main components: the speed reducer — motor drive unit, the press spur gearbox, the press body, and the reaction cone section. All are mounted onto a steel base frame after proper alignment during assembly.

Digester

The Digester is a vessel in which stripped fruit is stirred and heated to suitable conditions for presses. It consists of a motor drive, connecting shaft, digester shell, and internal parts such as expeller arm, long arm, and short arm. Direct steam injection ensures precise temperature control.

Sterilizer Door

The Sterilizer Door, also known as a quick open clutch door, features a unique design for quick and safe operation. It is suitable for palm oil mill sterilizers, tyre vulcanizers, impregnation vessels in the timber industry, and autoclaves in other industries.
