Kejuruteraan Wang Yuen Sdn. Bhd. is a wholly Malaysian-owned engineering company established in 1973. For over 50 years, we have developed a strong focus in manufacturing machinery within the palm oil milling industry and is licensed by the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) to manufacture and supply Unfired Pressure Vessels and Quick Opening Clutch Doors.

Screw Press

The Screw Press is used in the extraction of palm oil. It consists of four main components: the speed reducer — motor drive unit, the press spur gearbox, the press body, and the reaction cone section. All are mounted onto a steel base frame after proper alignment during assembly.

Digester

The Digester is a vessel in which stripped fruit is stirred and heated to suitable conditions for presses. It consists of a motor drive, connecting shaft, digester shell, and internal parts such as expeller arm, long arm, and short arm. Direct steam injection ensures precise temperature control.

Sterilizer Door

The Sterilizer Door, also known as a quick open clutch door, features a unique design for quick and safe operation. Door sizes are customisable able to fit into existing sterilisers and can be fitted for manual or hydraulic operation.

Vertical Sterilizer
